Prayer Services

If you prefer to pray in church,

• Morning Prayer is held four times a week at SS Philip and James Church,
• The Prayer Group meets at All Saints Lady Chapel on Tuesdays at 11am
• The Prayer Hub meets before each Sung Eucharist in both churches at 9:15am on Sundays
• Prayer for Healing follows the the 10am service in the Lady Chapel at All Saints Church on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
• and there are regular Taizé Prayer and Celtic Worship services.

Prayer Hub

The Prayer Hub is meeting this Sunday at 9.15 am in both churches because the Prayer Hub is changing....

We are ready to expand and change this prayer time, with the aim of making it more accessible to all, as follows:
It will meet before each Sung Eucharist, in both churches, from 8th Jan.
We will experiment with locations but are keen to meet in the church itself so that prayer for our services is evident and open to all.
People are welcome to join in at any time, and for as short a period as they like.
There will still be a leader of prayers, with opportunities for joining in if you want.
We would like to encourage anyone to join us, including those who are happy to sit and echo the prayers of others.
If you see prayer going on when you arrive in church, please come and sit with us.
