Parish Weekday Lunches

Our first Thursday of every month organ recitals and lunches are proving to be very popular and so will continue for the foreseeable future we hope.

We are so lucky to have so many talented organists in our midst who are prepared to come and play for us – we do thank them very much for their time and wonderful expertise.

Thursday 7 August All Saints 12.30 - 1 p.m. Organ Recital and Mid week
lunch. Jenette Wickes will be playing for us, after which come and enjoy a Roast
Lamb lunch plus delicious home made puddings and cakes to take home for tea.
If you would like to eat lunch it would be helpful for catering purposes if you
could sign up on the notice boards at the back of each church.

The Lunch that follows is also very popular and we are catering for around 45 each month trying to give you a varied, if simple, homecooked lunch. It is a wonderful opportunity to come and enjoy a relaxing lunch with your friends – and maybe new ones!
It is open to everyone whatever age and we welcome newcomers every month. There is a list posted at the back of both churches for you to sign up on if coming to the lunch which helps us with quantity requirements but please just ‘come’ if you have been unable for any reason not to sign it. You will ALWAYS be made very welcome.

We would appreciate approximate numbers attending the lunch so we can provide you with your choice of food as well as not having too much wastage.
