All Saints Lighting Fund - Longing for Light

Fantastic News The work on the lighting work is now complete.

“LONGING FOR LIGHT . . . . “ - There was a service to celebrate and dedicate our new lights at All Saints on Sunday 12th December which was a chance to demonstrate the capabilities of the new lighting - to highlight the altar, pulpit or font, or to illuminate features of the church such as the organ, west window or the painted wooden roof. Brighton our darkness! See the video of Anne & Brian Biffin's 61 mile sponsored cycle ride to Brighton on Saturday 10 July in aid of the All Saints lighting appeal? Thank you to all the sponsors and supporters.

The P&J Choir and Band musical social event raised £400 for the All Saints lighting scheme and Parish funds. Many thanks to all who attended and donated so generously and, of course, to the musicians who provided the entertainment.

Festival Weekend - Lighten Our Darkness Appeal

In June 2009 we held a Flower Festival Weekend - it was a huge success and could not have been achieved without your much appreciated and valued support. It was so lovely to see so many people enjoying the wonderful fellowship of all the events that took place. Thank you to all flower arrangers and musicians who took part - again without you none of the weekend would have been possible. The total raised was in excess of £7,000 - which will be put towards the amount needed for our NEW LIGHTING SCHEME at All Saints Church.
