A record number of visitors visited the Christmas Tree Festival this year, raising over £2,400 which will be equally shared between Step by Step, Women's Refuge and Parish
funds. It was wonderful to see so many people coming in to such a welcoming atmosphere and hopefully finding that P&J is more than just a building half-way down Kings Road you only visit two or three times in a lifetime. Many also enjoyed the 'inreach', working together with members of both Churches we normally only seem to say 'good morning' to in passing. A big thank you is due to all the volunteers who organised everything, manned the stalls, made the refreshments and helped by playing musical items and transforming our church into a
sparkling forest!.
We had 31 trees from local schools, groups organisations and families. Visitors through the weekend voted for their favourite tree in each class. The Results were
